We Recycle Used Lithium-ion Batteries from across the world
We use our in-house developed proprietary Net Zero Waste, Zero Emissions process for recycling end-of-life Lithium-ion batteries. Through this process we produce:

Black Mass
Using our proprietary process, we extract Black Mass of less than 1% impurities from used Li-ion cells

Critical Minerals
We extract the highest quality Lithium, Nickel, Cobalt and Manganese from Black Mass, all of which can be used in Li-ion cell construction.

Secondary Products
Our secondary products include high grade Plastic, Aluminium, Copper, Stainless Steel, which are bought by recyclers

People of this twenty-first century have become extremely conscious about environmental sustainability. The continuous searches for ‘battery recycling companies, are increasing at this time. In this scenario, let’s have a look at our sustainable development goals.

Why recycle?
The demand for Lithium-ion battery materials is currently in the region of 1,200,000 metric tonnes as of 2022 for Electric Vehicles alone. This number is expected to reach 7,500,000 metric tonnes of required materials by 2030.
Given the shortages of Rare Earth metals already, we have no choice but to recycle used Lithium-ion cells; especially since almost all of these Earth Metals can be extracted from them. This will gradually reduce the dependence on mining and reintroduce these otherwise wasted resources into the market; thus establishing the beginnings of a truly sustainable Circular Economy.
About Us
This is not just about us. This is about everybody. We, at MBVM recycling services, are just the agents of change whose mission it is to create a truly Circular Economy.
We’re doing our part by extracting Rare Earth metals such as Lithium, Cobalt, Nickel and Manganese from used Lithium-ion cells. The result of this is that these precious Rare Earth metals can go back into manufacturing Lithium-ion batteries. Circularity, remember?
